Idea Freddo is a registered trademark of Sogese which identifies all the activities related to the sale and rental of refrigerated containers for storage and transportation purposes. But it’s not all, as the service we provide, in case of failure of the cooling machine, may cover the required technical assistance either by phone or materially at the customer’s premises, within 24h from the notification of the technical problem.
Idea freddo is the fastest and most convenient solution for the transportation and or, storage of perishable materials by the means of additional, temporary or permanent, refrigerated containers. SOGESE, along with IDEA FREDDO rental services, offers the “FORMULA FREDDO SICURO” service, according to which, with a small additional contribution, the customer is provided with an elaborated program of periodic preventive maintenance.
Based on this program, SOGESE undertakes to intervene regularly, making the complete diagnosis of the reefer container and all the necessary maintenance (and clearly indicated in the contract of maintenance) required to ensure a proper performance over time.

Technical assistance in 24h
Idea freddo’s technicians can intervene directly or remotely within 24 hours from the request; Additionally, through the “FREDDO SICURO” program, every cold storage cell can be subjected to scheduled manteinance in order to lower any possible risk of malfunction.
